§ 82-2. Penalties.

Latest version.

Penalties for violations of this chapter shall be as provided in chapter 1, article II, code enforcement citations. A first offense shall be a class I violation, as provided in subsection 1-24(b). Subsequent offenses shall be subject to penalties as provided in subsection 1-23(b).
