§ 70-49. Disclaimer by city.

Each permit required in this article that is issued by the city shall have the following words clearly imprinted thereon: "The City of Winter Park does not endorse the validity, reliability, or merchantability of the product, cause or solicitation which this permit allows. Any misrepresentation or irregularity should be reported to the city director of finance."
