§ 62-148. False information of serious hazard.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly give false information to the effect that any serious hazard exists in any public conveyance, church, school, theater, auditorium, assembly hall, factory, warehouse, industrial, commercial or any other building used for public gatherings or any residential building.
