It shall be unlawful to move, remove, or damage any tree of any size on city property
except as part of official city business and operations.
The City of Winter Park shall have control of all street trees now or hereafter in
any street, park, city right-of-ways or easement, or other public place within the
city limits, and shall have the power to plant, care for, maintain, remove, and replace
such trees.
