§ 2-81. Nuisance abatement board created; composition.

(a)

There is hereby created and established a subsidiary board of the City of Winter Park known and designated as the nuisance abatement board.

(b)

The members of the code compliance board established pursuant to section 2-47 and section 2-52 of the Municipal Code shall constitute the members of the nuisance abatement board and shall perform the duties and functions of the nuisance abatement board.

(c)

The nuisance abatement board shall perform such functions as required by law, including applicable provisions of this Code.
