§ 2-70. Winter Park Firefighters' pension board.

There is established within the City of Winter Park a firefighters' pension board established pursuant to the requirements of section 74-153 et seq., of the City Code, subject to the following provisions:
(1)

Membership. The board of trustees of the firefighters' pension board shall be appointed pursuant to the provisions in section 74-153, City Code.

(2)

Responsibilities and function. The firefighters' pension board shall operate in accordance with the requirements of Florida law and section 74-153 et seq., of the City Code as the code relates to the firefighters' pension board and the duties and responsibilities of that board.
