§ 22-276. Adoption of county provisions.

(a)

Orange County Code, chapter 37, article III, as amended, is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this Code as fully as if set forth in full version.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this section regulating and controlling wells.

(c)

The city shall issue well drilling permits to those persons who comply with the requirements and provisions contained in Orange County Code, chapter 37, article III, as amended.

(d)

In the administration of this section, the term "building official" in Orange County Code sections 37-81, 37-101 and 37-102, as amended, shall refer to the building official of the county. In all other sections of Orange County Code, chapter 37, article III, as amended, the term "building official" shall refer to the building official of the city.
