§ 1-15. Codes and ordinances enforced.

All codes and ordinances of the city may be enforced by citation to the County Court of Orange County, Florida, except as prohibited by law. The provisions of this article are an additional and supplemental means of enforcing city codes and ordinances and may be used for the enforcement of any code or ordinance, or for the enforcement of all codes and ordinances. Nothing contained in this article shall prohibit the city from enforcing its codes and ordinances by any other means.
