§ 18-42. Dog licenses and tags; evidence of inoculation; tag.

(a)

On or before April 1 of each year, every owner or keeper of a dog four months or older in the city shall obtain a license certificate and metal tag from the county tax collector.

(b)

License fees shall be those charged by the county, as such shall from time to time be modified.
