§ 18-15. Keeping wild animals or fowl.

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or has control of any wild animal or fowl, whether beast, bird, insect or reptile, to fail to guard or keep the animal or fowl in such a manner as to not endanger the person, health or property of the public or of the neighborhood where the animal or fowl is kept.
